| 'Bosworth' - Her Place in History. MFM39, 1950 Bedford OB/Duple Vista, 29-seater.
Purchased in 1975, for preservation, just after she had taken part in filming for a BBC TV film entitled 'Bus to Bosworth', this coach became known as 'Bosworth' from the day she arrived. At the age of 20, I was too young to drive her myself, when I first owned her, but by the time of the 1976 rally season, I was 21 and legally entitled to do so! After much restoration throughout the 1980s, she was recertified for PSV use in 1988, and formed the beginnings of Vista Coachways. |
